Officer Producing Programs

Members of the Tennessee Army National Guard have four Officer producing programs available Officer Candidate School (OCS), Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), Reserve Warrant Officer School (RWOC) and current members maybe qualified to receive a Direct Commission. Some applicants may have various time constraints so they maybe interested in one of the three main OCS programs. The State OCS Program Accelerated NGB OCS Program, Federal OCS Program and ROTC/SMP. Some applicants maybe interested in the Warrant Officer Course or Direct Commission.

Early Commissioning (2 to gold)

Members of the Tennessee Army National Guard may choose obtain their officer commission in as little 2 years using the 2 To Gold program. These qualified soldiers use a combination of the SMP program while they attend one of the five participating Military Junior Colleges.
